Description

The installation of offshore pipelines can be a complex process that requires careful planning and analysis to ensure the pipeline is installed safely and efficiently. Orcaflex can be used to model the installation process and simulate the installation environment, including the effects of waves, currents, and vessel motions. This allows engineers to evaluate the feasibility of different installation scenarios and optimize the installation procedure.

Outcome

Participants will gain an in debt understanding of Offshore Pipeline Installation & Davit Lift Recovery Analysis with Orcaflex for Subsea Pipeline Installation Engineers at Level 4.

They will also be able to function with minimum supervision as a Subsea Installation Engineer for IOCs, subsea SURF installation engineer, subsea pipeline company contractor, vendor or installation company.
